Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Members is typically held in October on the 3rd Thursday at 6:30pm.  Minutes are  adopted at the following Annual Meeting.  These meetings are perhaps the most important business meetings for the HOA.  They are open to all Association Members, residents, and invited guests.   Since voting on Association matters such as Board member elections occur at the meetings, Members who are unable to attend should submit an HOA approved absentee ballot or proxy form authorizing a representative to act on their behalf. Absentee ballots and proxy forms help to achieve a quorum of members, which allows the HOA to conduct it's business.
 
Note: Remember to RSVP for the meetings you plan to attend.  This helps with planning, setting up, and managing the agenda.
